Retracare will act as a safe guard against your product when the manufactures warranty has ended.
This extended warranty includes protection against products that suffer from mechanical or electrical breakdown outside of the manufactures guarantee period.
There are NO limits to the number of repairs to your product. If Retracare are not able to solve the problem they will, at their discretion, decide whether to approve a replacement item for the product, or pay for parts and labour to get the equipment back to full working order.
There is no obligation for you to take out extended warranty it will be up to you. If you decide this service is for you we can add the Retracare price onto your weekly payments.
At the point of sale, we will provide you with the option of a quotation for this service, and explain the weekly cost and total amount payable, which will be charged at the same rate of interest as the product you are purchasing. If you decide not to, all repair costs will be down to yourself once the warranty has expired.
Term and Conditions will apply if you do take out a Retracare warranty plan.
Your accounts representative will give you a leaflet explaining the full Terms and Conditions which is also explained on your Warranty Certificate.
All relevant contact information will be posted to the customer to register repairs with Retracare.
